  • Ingredients

    50g active starter

    100g natural yogurt (use Greek)

    150g plain flour

    20g olive oil

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    You can also add Nigella seeds for added

  • Method

    Mix all together, leave for at least an

    hour(longer the better)

    Roll into balls, flatten out and cook in a dry pan until golden both sides.
