Sourdough tortillas

Sourdough Tortillas - Soft, Flavourful & Hand-Made | Noosa Sourdough Co

  • These soft, flavourful sourdough tortillas combine the classic, chewy texture of traditional tortillas with the distinctive tang of sourdough. Perfect for wraps, tacos, or as a side to your favorite dishes, these tortillas are made using a sourdough starter, which gives them a unique depth of flavour that you won't find in regular tortillas. The dough is simple to make, requiring just a few ingredients like flour, water, salt, and your sourdough starter, making it a fantastic way to use up leftover starter from bread baking. Once cooked on a hot skillet, the tortillas puff up slightly, becoming golden brown with a subtle, crisp exterior and a soft, tender interior. Whether you're a sourdough enthusiast or just looking to try something new, these tortillas are sure to elevate your meal.
